There is a small parking lot on site, spots to the left of the building, and 4 spots in front of the building. There is also street parking. Do not park in front of garages — that is residential. Do not park behind the building — that is residential.

Please come to your appointment alone. The time you spend here is for YOU! Find childcare, plan to meet up with your friends or family before or after your appointment.

Please make sure your hair is a minimum of 1/4" - 1/2" in bikini area and underarms for your FIRST sugaring appointment, and we will discuss the length for your next appointment. For the face, about 2-3 weeks worth of growth is good before your first sugaring. Although irritation and reaction is rare, you may experience a histamine reaction in areas that are new to hair removal. This looks like small flesh colored bumps, and they go away fast.

I use Skin Script, Hale & Hush, Dermodality, and select pieces of other lines.

This depends on your service(s). If you are in for sugaring your brows only, or Brazilian, maybe 15 minutes. Facials and massage range from 1 hour to 2½ hours.

The spa is located at 1148 E Grand Ave, Suite A, Arroyo Grande, CA — in the same building as Cory Moore Chiropractic Care. The building is a yellow/beige color, and is an old house. There is free off-street parking in the front of the building, and to the side. Please enter through the main door to the building in the front, and walk straight back to the spa. There are signs that indicate where the room is located.

Central Coast Red Coral Spa is owned and run by a solo practitioner. If you have an appointment and arrive to see the door to the spa is closed, please assume Aiyani is with a client and have a seat in the main lobby until she has opened the door.

If you are a new client, or you are an existing client trying a new service, you will have forms to fill out before your service begins. This will not cut into your treatment time, unless your arrival is later than expected.

Minors are allowed to be treated with signed consent forms, provided by the spa. This form must be signed by the parent/guardian in front of the therapist before treatment can begin.

There is a 36-hour cancellation policy. Please call, text, or email to properly cancel your appointment. Appointments that do not adhere to the 36-hour policy will be charged a 50% late cancellation fee, or a 50% no-show fee, due immediately. This fee must be paid before future appointments can be booked. If your appointment time can be filled with someone from the waitlist, you will not be charged.

A valid credit or debit card is required to securely book your appointment.

Gratuity is not expected, but accepted.

Unopened/sealed retail purchases may be returned within 14 days for spa/store credit. Items must have been purchased at the spa. There are no refunds for services or retail purchases.

Please refrain from wearing strong fragrances, perfumes, and colognes. Please set your phones to vibrate or silent before your treatment begins.

It is okay to talk during your session, if you like. You may also simply rest in silence. Any questions Aiyani asks will be in concern to what she is working on for you — pressure for your massage, any pain, skin care questions during facials, etc.
