My name is Aiyani, pronounced (eye-YAWN-ee), and I am the founder, owner, and solo-practitioner of Central Coast Red Coral Spa. I was born and raised right here on the Central Coast, and after years of building my career elsewhere, coming home to open this studio spa in 2016 was exactly where I was meant to land. I am a Licensed Esthetician (Z82593) since 2008, and everything I do here I do myself, which means every time you come in, you get me, my hands, my knowledge, and my full attention.
I spent 5 years in Manhattan, New York working in skin care, and while I was there I attended the New York College of Health Professions, graduating with 1,400+ hours toward my Massage Therapy degree and passing my licensing exam in 2015. When I moved back to the Central Coast and received my CA Certification, I brought all of it with me. Almost 20 years across two industries — esthetics and massage therapy — working with clients who had never had a facial in their life all the way to those with decades-long routines. That kind of range teaches you to read skin, read people, and know which tools actually make a difference.
My goal has always been to blend result-driven products and technology with ancient, reliable techniques and modalities — because combining hands-on methods that address the mind and body as a whole with technology focused on specific results is how we actually reach your goals. I am not here to overwhelm you with a menu of 30 options, I am here to listen, assess, and use what actually works for your skin and your body. Every modality I offer is something I believe in, something I am certified in, and something I have chosen with intention. Built from Day One
I moved back from New York to the Central Coast in September 2015. Five months later I had twins, and by October 2016 — with my husband home with the babies — I opened this studio spa at 1148 E Grand Ave in Arroyo Grande. No partners, no employees, no compromises.
One room. One client at a time. Every person who comes in gets me, my hands, my full attention, and a treatment built specifically around what their skin and body actually need that day.
Almost a decade later, that model has not changed. The room is the same. The standard is higher. The client list is longer. But the way I work, one person, one appointment, one goal at a time, that stays.

Intentional Care
Every treatment starts with a conversation. What have you tried? What is your current routine? What has changed? What is the goal?
I hold nearly 20 additional certifications across skin care, massage, and advanced devices, not to pad a resume, but because real results require real tools. Facials may include lymphatic drainage, nano infusion, gua sha, or microcurrent where appropriate. Massage sessions use pure Jojoba with optional CBD, and can include cupping, Gua Sha, or Himalayan salt stones, all at no extra cost.
No upselling. No cookie-cutter menus. You choose the amount of time you want to dedicate to the benefits of a facial or body work. I will choose the products and combine Eastern and Western modalities, customized every time you come in. This is how we reach skin care goals.
Rooted in Heritage
The name Red Coral is inspired by Palau — a Pacific island nation known for its pristine reefs and vibrant coral. Aiyani is half Palauan, and the name connects her practice to her heritage: something natural, resilient, and formed over time.
