Massage Therapy & Body Work
All massages offered at Central Coast Red Coral Spa are Swedish Technique based, and may include additional techniques such as Sports massage, Myofascial Release and Shiatsu.
With your permission, and providing there are no contraindications, your massage can include the following additional methods to enhance your treatment and extend your results, at no extra cost: FasciaBlasting, Body Gua Sha, Body Cupping, and warm Himalayan Salt Stones. You can always opt to not have these methods used during your massage.

About the Oil
I use pure Jojoba (ho-HO-ba) from HobaCare The Original Jojoba Company. Fun Fact: Jojoba is a wax ester, not an oil! It is very close to our skin's own natural oils. It has Vitamin E, B-complex vitamins, and essential fatty acids. Jojoba is nourishing, protects, and restores balance to all skin types.
An option with CBD is available for no additional fee. I have tried many brands and have landed on a great option that offers 4,000mg of CBD (Cannabidiol) and 800mg of CBG (Cannabigerol) within an 8oz bottle of massage oil. Both are powerful anti-inflammatories that help to relieve discomfort when applied topically. The combo of CBD and CBG is great for providing strong relief for your aches and pains.

I often incorporate FasciaBlasters during massage sessions to help warm the tissue in areas of great tightness or hypertonicity. This tool can be used in addition to the complimentary add-ons listed above.

A valid credit or debit card is required to securely book your appointment. There is a 50% service fee for no-shows, or cancellations received within 36 hours of the scheduled appointment. If the appointment can be filled by someone from the waitlist, the fee will be waived. Thank you for respecting the policies and my time.
