What is FasciaBlasting?
Fascia Blasters are tools designed by Ashley Black. Some benefits are, improve collagen remodeling, increase circulation, regenerate fascia, encourage flexibility. I have completed the Fascia Advancement Academy Level 1.
I often incorporate FasciaBlasters during massage sessions to help warm the tissue in areas of great tightness or hypertonicity. There are several different blasters for different areas of the body, from detailed areas like the face and hands to large areas like the back, legs, and hips.
During Your Session
When integrated into a massage, FasciaBlasting is used on specific areas where the tissue is too tight or restricted for hands alone to fully address. It warms that tissue so the rest of the massage can go deeper and produce better results.
As a standalone treatment, we target one or more areas of concern directly. This is a good option if you want focused FasciaBlasting work and don't need a full massage that day.
Pairs With
FasciaBlasting can be used in addition to the complimentary add-ons available during massage: Body Gua Sha, Body Cupping, and warm Himalayan Salt Stones.
All of these modalities work together to release held tension, improve blood flow, and get your body moving better.

A valid credit or debit card is required to securely book your appointment. There is a 50% service fee for no-shows, or cancellations received within 36 hours of the scheduled appointment.
